Job Title: Construction Engineer Mechanical
Job location: PAN India

Responsibilities:

Construction management for site activities & overall co-ordination with teams, contractors & stakeholders.
Site activities tracking and control.
Activities included Budgeting, Estimation, Scheduling, Execution, Quality control, Documentation.
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly meetings and share required reports & presentations.
Hands on experience of HVAC, Chiller, VFD, Fire Alarm and system, Compressor installation & pre-commissioning
Extended knowledge of motor, pumps, and line installation
Provide Design inputs and review design.
Quantity surveying and Vendor bill verification
Vendor qualification and equipment & verification
Good knowledge of site construction safety
Provide value addition in terms of time, cost, and quality.
Post commissioning support with relevant vendor for all equipment & Panels.
Coordinate with all site concern team and different stream work
Verification of clashes
Provide regular updates to clients.
Good experience of Panel, cable tray, lighting, Earthing system, cables and equipment installation and commissioning
Preferred, same type of working experience and sound technical skills.
